Description: WOD-inspired race-training program that focuses on high-intensity intervals instead of high mileage to put less wear and tear on the body. Use the program if you like long endurance workouts or if you are trying to “cut after a bulking cycle”.
This program is also for weight lifters who are looking to do a cut cycle after a bulk cycle.
This program is for either:
A) Endurance athletes who want to strengthen their body, reduce injury, and increase their overall endurance.
B) CrossFit athletes who want to increase their endurance by supplementing their own training with a 3x a week endurance WOD.
Athletes in group A—> Does whole program
Athletes in group B—> Does Monday, Wednesday, Friday
