Pick one of the following:
45-60 Minute casual Walk, Bike, Hike, Ski or Row
Option 2: Every Minute on the Minute for 15:00 (5 Sets of each)
Min 1: Push-ups (3 Seconds down, 1 Second up) x fatigue within the minute
Min 2: 15/15 Single Leg Straight Leg Raises
Min 3: 30-45 Second Arch Hold
When Finished, do Recovery Yoga
