  2. Back to Wall Handstand Tap Aways. Take 5 minutes to find a max set of Free Standing Handstand Hold after pulling your heels off the wall.
  3. Tripod to Headstand Transition. Accumulate 30 reps. Rest as needed.
  4. 10 Headstand Kip to Handstand attempts.
