The Wodstar FitStrong Program is a 3 day a week, program that combines strength building with cardio sessions to get you into great shape. This program can be used at any gym venue as it uses barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, boxes, TRX or rings, Swiss balls, rowers, bikes, and jump ropes.
