Morning time? You can add chilled coffee as a base or add 1-2 tbsp ground coffee.

1 cup almond or coconut milk

1 tablespoons almond butter

1 scoop chocolate Protein powder

1 tablespoon cocoa or cacao powder

1 tablespoon flax or chia (for fiber and consistency)

1 squirt to dash of stevia to sweeten if needed

1/2 Cup Ice

*Note a pitted date or 1/2 banana will boost the flavor (and sugar)

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly until smooth. If you have issues with blending, add more water. Enjoy!
