Yes! Josh is not afraid of publishing the regimen that he follows for competition. He is two weeks ahead, but nonetheless, following the exact same program!

Rest days are essential in working out to give your body a chance to recover. Some programs have designated days of the week where you know there is a rest day. Others, like Josh Bridges’ program have rest days as Josh sees fit for recovering from the volume. When you find that you are on a rest day but need to work out, our suggestion is to either 1) When you sign up start on the week before, 2) Go to a Day you haven’t done, or 3) Go to the Wodstar Daily WOD.

Yes. If you find that the program is too hard/easy or otherwise not for you, contact us and let us know what you would like to try or if we can suggest something more appropriate for you.

The majority of our programs are billed monthly on a recurring basis and you will be billed monthly with the exception of our skill builders (e.g. Yoga and Rowing) that give you access for a limited time.

There is a chance that your automatic payment didn’t process and the system is denying access check your card and update it in your profile. If that is not the case there may be an issue with your account in which we ask you to contact us so we can resolve.

Go to the WODS menu and select the program you are a member. You can also access the workouts through the Group Home Page for the program, which you can find under the Community Tab when you log in.
