“Spokes” connect The Hub’s resources to specialty areas in fitness, nutrition, and wellness, that are not only authored by experts, but also moderated and coached by them. This is NOT just a written training plan...this is virtual coaching that allows members to interact with their coaches, ask questions, and stay accountable!

Each Spoke Program provides access to a group led by the program coach, where our members will get detailed coaching for each workout.
Our Coaches explain not only how you should be doing the workout, but also the ‘why’--the intended stimulus you should be getting.
Our coaches moderate the group and are there to answer questions or address member needs.
Each week our Coaches will conduct a weekly video podcast that will not only feature segments on nutrition, mindset, gear, and fitness trends, but also interesting topics that come from the members.

The foundation of EVERY Spoke program rests on the concept of constant variation. When you are performing the same workouts over a long enough period of time, you will plateau and come to a screeching halt in terms of progress in strength and endurance.
For that reason, a subscriber to a Spoke gets a Workout of the Day (“WOD”), where every day they receive a different and unique workout. These workouts combine strength building with aerobic activity, which not only breaks up the monotony of traditional workouts, but also leads to superior results.

We complement our workouts with the best movement videos on the Internet. Proper technique not only reduces the chances of injuries, but also maximizes the amount of weight a you can move. Many lifts are explosive and go by so fast that it's hard for the human eye to pick up on them. For that reason, we shot super slo-mo, crystal-clear 4K videos of the best movers in the business to demonstrate the proper technique.
