MONDAY – Training or Re-do open
TUESDAY – Training
WEDNESDAY – Training
THURSDAY – Rest
FRIDAY – Open workout
SATURDAY – Rest/Active Recovery
SUNDAY – Rest/ Prep for Re-do

 WOD: 8 Sets Consistent effort
 200 Meter Run
10 Deadlift (205/145)
10 Box jumps (24/20)
1 Rope Climb 15ft
