Over the next couple of weeks we will be prepping you for the 2017 Open! The schedule during the open will be the following:
MONDAY – Training or Re-do open
TUESDAY – Training
WEDNESDAY – Training
THURSDAY – Rest
FRIDAY – Open workout
SATURDAY – Rest/Active Recovery
SUNDAY – Rest/ Prep for Re-do
Strength:
1) Pause Front Squat: 3 x 3 with 3 Second pause
2) Landmine press: 3 x 8-10
3) Ring Support: 3 x 30 Seconds
4) Ring Dips: 3 x 10-15
WOD: 3 sets at 85% Pace
3 Cleans (225/175)
6 Strict Handstand Push-ups
9 Overhead Squats (185/135)
12 Box Jumps (36″/30″)
