  • 1 Push Jerk

III. STRENGTH

Squat Cleans 2-2-2-2-2-2

IV. WOD

Complete As Many Rounds as Possible in 5 minutes of:

  • 5 Deadlifts (275/185lbs)
  • 30 Double Unders
