HELLO WODSTARS! It’s Open Season on CrossFit and that means another year where dreams are made or crushed. Now that we have had a year to analyze the results from the Super Regionals, we know that everybody is ratcheting up their game and the competition is only going to get fiercer.
That means your fate could be determined by one rep, burpee or second…
That’s why we asked 2014 CrossFit Games Champion and everyone’s favorite Wodstar, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, if she would be willing to provide you with a strategy guide for this year’s open.

When each Open Work out is announced, Camille will analyze the workout and provide an explanation of strategies of the optimal techniques to complete each work out. This includes how she is going to:
- Warm up
- What to eat
- When to eat
- When to do the workout
- How to attack the WOD

Athletes that post the best scores are preparing on all levels, so if you think you are going to make it to The Show with strength and stamina alone, you’ll be watching Camille at Regionals instead of competing with her.
