CROUCHING TIGER GYMNASTICS is a family of interactive Gymnastics WODs developed by Wodstar IMPROVE THE GYMNASTICS SKILLS OF BEGINNER THROUGH ELITE ATHLETES.

These programs are specifically designed to build your gymnastics foundation by training like an actual gymnast. These are not your average Gymnastics WODs. With this program design, you will not only have the tools to maximize your potential in your daily CrossFit WOD, but you will also learn drills and progressions for other gymnastics skills not found in typical CrossFit Workouts.

With Crouching Tiger, you will learn how to move your body in ways you never thought you could! We will test your strengths and weaknesses within the gymnastics spectrum and focus on your movement/rep management within a workout to maximize your efficiency in performing the movements. Max efficiency results in max performance!

White Tiger Gymanstics WODs

This is a full gymnastics biased program for someone with the goal of improving your strength, agility and range of motion. This 60 minute daily program is designed to replace your current daily CrossFit WOD / workout.

Red Tiger Gymanstics WODs

This is a supplemental piece designed to replace the existing skill portion of your current daily workout, so you can still work on your gymnastics and participate in the daily CrossFit WOD everyone at your box does. The time commitment is minimal, should fit into any program and all skill levels accommodated.
