For time: 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
- Deadlift (1.5 BW)
- Bench Press (BW)
- Clean (.75 BW)

WodStar RX Goal Times
- Elite: Sub 12:00
- Level 3: 12:00-13:00
- Level 2: 13:00-15:00
- Level 1: 15:00-17:00

Tips for the Linda WOD
- Put more focus into the mechanics of your least efficient movement, and make up time during your more efficient movements.
- If needed, break up the even numbers into half to preserve muscular endurance.
