Hello Wodstars! We thank you for following our programming. We program a 3-day-on and 1-day-off then 2-day-on and 1-day-off schedule each week, which mean’s Thursdays and Sundays are programmed rest days.

However, Memorial Day Weekend Marks an annual CrossFit tradition, where athletes do the Hero WOD Murph as a way to honor the fallen heroes that have given everything to keep us safe. Click the link to view Murph’s goals times and scales.
