How to do Clean Pulls to improve your performance in CrossFit WODS.

Set up for Clean Pulls

  • Start with the feet hip-width apart and hands outside the shoulders with a hook grip.

Points of Performance for Clean Pulls

  • Push the knees back as you stand violently opening the hips and following through into a shrug.
  • Be sure to position the shoulders over the bar.
  • As you stand, drive through the heels and violently open the hips, knees, ankles, and shrug the shoulders
