Steps For The Scorpion Stretch

  1. Lie down with your face and stomach against the ground and arms out to the sides
  2. Lift one leg off the ground and reach it across your body and touch the floor on the other side of your leg
  3. Return your leg back to the starting position and repeat with the opposite leg
