A plyometric movement is quick, powerful move that starts with a muscle lengthening action and is immediately followed by a muscle shortening action. Performing plyometric movements increases muscular power, which translates to higher jumps and faster sprint times.

  • Feet are hip width apart
  • Facing Ladder

  • Stay on toes
  • Torso slightly forward
  • Place both feet in each square
  • Have little contact with the ground as you are hopping
