Set up for Zurcher Squat
- Start with the feet shoulder-width apart with the bar resting in the crook of the elbows.
Points of Performance for Zurcher Squat
- Reaching the hips back and down, descend into a full squat with the crease of the hip below the knee.
- Stand all the way up to finish the rep.
