I. GENERAL WARM UP:
500 Meter Row
EMOM barbell complex building in weight for 10 minutes.
No higher than 50% 1RM clean:
- Power clean
- Front squat
- Push press
III. MAX EFFORT:
Power Clean 5 x 2
Complete 21-15-9 reps for time:
- Thrusters (95/65)
