STRENGTH/SKILL:

I. 2 rounds of the following Dumbell Complex:

  • 10 Stiff Leg Deadlifts
  • 10 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
  • 10 Dumbbell Front Squat
  • 10 Dumbbell Push Press

II. Max Effort: 10 min to reach 3RM bench press

III. 10 Rounds for time

  • 15 Deadlifts (135/95)
  • 15 Push-Ups
