Camille’s Programming Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of my programming! Every day I will be releasing my program here designed to develop an elite level of general physical preparedness. The template we are working from is my formula for success. There are no secrets, just smart training and hard work.

I. GENERAL WARM UP:

Run 400 meters

II. STRENGTH/SKILL:

3 Rounds NOT for time of:

  • 5 Turkish Getups Each Arm (Building in weight)
  • 3 Box Jumps for max height
  • 10 Hip Extensions

III. DYNAMIC EFFORT:

Banded Speed Bench 10×2 @60% of 1RM of bench press, on the minute (hook light bands to bar using dumbbells or hooks on the floor)

IV. Overhead Squats:

5×3 reps

Complete 5 sets of 3 reps to find your 3 rep max for overhead squat.
