Row 500 Meters

II. SKILL

Clean Complex: EMOM 10 rounds no higher than 60% of 1RM. Do one rep of each.

  • Deadlift
  • Hang Squat Clean
  • Full Clean

III. MAX EFFORT

Take 10 minutes to find 2 rep max for your squat clean

IV. METCON

Complete 7 Rounds for time of:

  • 7 Deadlifts (225/155)
  • 7 L-Pull-Ups
