Overhead complex EMOM no higher than 50% 1RM Jerk
- Press
- Push Press
- Split Jerk
III. MAX EFFORT
10 minutes to work up to a 1RM Jerk
IV. METCON
Complete 5 rounds for time:
- 12 Deadlifts (225/155)
- 20 Pull-Ups
- 12 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
- 20 Knees to Elbows
