  • Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 10 minutes
  • 5 Deficit Kipping Handstand Push-Ups

III. STRENGTH

  • Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch 2-2-2-2-2-2
  • Snatch Pulls 3-3-3-3

IV. METCON
