Hello! As a treat today we are posting todays Jacked Unicorn Workout by Camille Leblanc Bazinet, as today’s Wodstar Daily WOD. You can see what it’s like to train with the Jacked Unicorns.
Warm Up:
3 rounds
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Push Ups
Skill:
5 rounds of handstand push ups complex
(Increase height to failure)
Strength 1:
Jerk balance 3×4 reps @ 40,50, and 60%
Strength 2:
Split Jerk to a max 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Strength 3:
Bench Press 5×3 reps
Workout:

- 100 Abmat Sit-Ups
- 100 Push-Ups
- 100 Ring Rows
Accessory:
- Hammer Curls 3×10
- Banded Tricep Press Downs 3×30
