Warm Up:

3 rounds


5 rounds of handstand push ups complex

(Increase height to failure)

Strength 1:

Jerk balance 3×4 reps @ 40,50, and 60%

Strength 2:

Split Jerk to a max 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

Strength 3:

Bench Press 5×3 reps
